Tuesday's Social Roaming Run
Tuesday 17th December,
Langsett Reservoir, S36 4GY
6.30pm Start.
Our Tuesday social run this week will be our Langsett Headtorch Run. 🎄🎅
The starting point is Langsett Reservoir, S36 4GY.
Bring a bauble along to hang on the Christmas Memory Tree for a loved one, or yourself.
Trail shoes recommended, head torch or body torch is essential.
Walking option is also available, dogs may be taking part too!🐶
We will set off from our start point at 6.30pm.
Social optional drink afterwards. All welcome.
Social Run

The Phoenix Sports and Social Club, Brinsworth.
Thursday social run meeting at the Phoenix sports and social club, Brinsworth at 18:30.
There will be socially paced groups to accommodate everyone who attends.
Please wear visible colours (brights) and lights now that we are in to the dark nights.
Track Session
Thursday 19th December at 6.30pm
Herringthorpe Stadium, Rotherham
Thursday speed / track session at Herringthorpe stadium.
Pay and meet 18:15-18:30. The session starts promptly at 18:30. The session consists of warm up, dynamic stretching and drills. The interval session will be posted in advance. Following the intervals, cool down and stretching to finish.
A fee of £5 is payable on entry directly to the stadium by cash or card/contactless.
